One of the partners that GiveOpp has is Permaculture Research Institute which believes in research and providing pragmatic solutions for many problems worldwide. PRI in fact has created a master plan for communities, groups and individuals.

Room for Joy is another partner that has been founded to enhance the process of healing in children who are chronically ill and suffering from chronic diseases. Room for Joy provides imaginative and positive bedrooms to such children trying to motivate them to keep fighting and enjoy life to the best that they can. The organization gives physical, medical and emotional assistance to the terminally sick children.

Another partner of GiveOpp is Trees for the Future which has been helping other groups across the world to plant trees and train them in agro forestry. It also helps in training rural communities to restore lands by covering them with trees. GiveOpp is itself based in Palm Beach Gardens in Florida.
